Redeemer (a.k.a. Having a Say II)

I have an assignment for my Strategic Management class: assessing the current and developing recommendations for the future strategic development of Redeemer University College. In short, this means describing what is good and what is bad at Redeemer now, and what/how it can be made better. Upon request, a copy of this assignment can be presented to the president (yeah, 'cause he runs the show ;)) and further up.

I already have a bunch of things of my own, but suggestions are more than welcome.
